CitiPower and Powercor offers installation appointments to select customers. If you have received a letter from us inviting you to make an appointment for a smart meter installation, you may use the service below.

Generally, appointments are not available for most residential customers - if you feel that you have a supply requirement that may be impacted by a brief supply interruption, please contact us to discuss.
