Our Field Technical & Engineering staff are made up essential roles such as Technical Experts, Resource Planners, Specialist Engineers, Schedulers, Works Coordinators and Line Workers to name a few. This group of essential employees are key to the planning, building, design, development and maintenance of our network for the benefit of our customers. We motivate our Field Technical & Engineering staff with diverse and challenging projects to constantly develop and utilise their skills, knowledge and experience.

Our Project Managers are accredited to AQF Level 5 and are responsible for managing and delivering resources, capital and budget for our projects. Our Operational Managers span a diverse organisational structure and can be responsible for the management of key functional activities and resources or responsible for the supervision, direction and motivation of our valued employees. Feedback we've received indicates the sense of achievement our managers feel is the key factor in our ability to successfully retain, motivate and develop these integral members of staff.  

Focussed on the control, operating and switching of our electricity networks, our Controllers undertake one of the most important and responsible roles in the company. With a deep technical understanding and knowledge of our systems, gained from years of study and combined on-the-job experience, our controllers work to ensure that disruptions to our customers are kept to a minimum and our reputation as high quality and reliable electricity provider is maintained.
